AniDeeBee Services is a home and business services project by AniDeeBee LLC, Austin, Texas.
What you share
Our inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone, service ZIP, requested cleaning service, frequency, optional preferred date, property size, bedroom/bathroom counts Wash & Fold selection, laundry notes and notes. Please do not submit entry codes, full street addresses, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in your inquiry.
Paid bookings and subscriptions
When staffed schedules are published, checkout also collects your service address, chosen fixed-price plan, exact visit dates and acceptance of billing and cancellation terms. PayPal processes payments using our existing merchant gateway. We store gateway reference IDs, verified payment status and your approved service schedule; we do not collect card numbers or PayPal passwords. Your private booking link can access the booking and cancel future subscription billing. Keep it private. A private calendar feed supplies sanitized service times to our support Google Calendar; it excludes customer names, addresses, contact details and laundry notes. Google controls its feed-refresh timing. Changes made in Google do not update website availability.
How we use it
We store your request privately to assess service coverage, scope and availability, contact you about your inquiry and keep a business record. Sending the form does not create a booking or enroll you in marketing. We do not sell your contact information. If you proceed, access arrangements and service-provider information are confirmed separately.
Technical services
The website and private inquiry records are hosted on Amazon Web Services. Authorized operators and necessary infrastructure providers may process the data to run the site. Basic infrastructure logs may contain IP addresses and request metadata for security and troubleshooting. Application logs contain a request reference and no form content. Google Fonts receives your IP address and browser request when fonts load. This site uses no advertising pixels or analytics cookies. It does not send automatic email or SMS.
Optional analytics
With your opt-in, our self-hosted Matomo service at admin.anideebee.com measures public page visits, selected navigation and contact buttons, and whether an inquiry succeeds or fails. Tracking uses no analytics cookies, advertising pixels or customer identifiers. We discard URL query strings and private booking, payment and calendar links; inquiry content and payment details are never analytics events. IP addresses are masked before analytics enrichment, and raw analytics records are retained for up to 180 days. Your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics. Use “Analytics choices” at the bottom of our public pages to enable or disable analytics; only this preference is stored in your browser. No tracking occurs before opt-in.
Retention and choices
Unconverted inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months unless needed for an ongoing transaction, dispute or legal recordkeeping. Contact support@anideebee.com or (512) 265-6257 to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity first. Transaction records may have separate retention requirements.
